Our clients are the most important part of Monacella Massage & Kinesiology, so we want you to be the first to know news about our move to the Bayfront in 2025! Look through our timeline below for all the details you need:

Mid-2023 - Conversations to move into 4 Sassafras Pier begin, and the structure of the new space starts to form with the team’s collaboration.

March 2024 - Missy meets with Shelley Buehler, our architect, for the first time to review plans!

July 29th, 2024 - The News is Out! The announcement of our move is official in this article by Jim Martin from the Erie Times-News. Click here to read, or visit our Facebook to watch our announcement video!

August 2024 - Foundations and Functions! Our team receives the first draft of the construction schedule, estimated to be completed in January 2025.

September 4th, 2024 - Concrete Floors Complete! The cement is laid and set, and Missy updates us below on how the walls are starting to be planned and built.

Early October 2024 - “It’s like I’m talking to a wall! Oh wait…” The walls are starting to be framed, and we can finally get a feel for the way our new space will flow!

Though it’s hard to visualize, shown above is a view of the space leaving the front corner room (left), the framing for the front corner room (middle), and the outside of one of our new rooms (right) — stay tuned to see what this becomes!

Now we have the same rooms as above, with walls! We can see it coming together more every day.
